Menina d'Uva
Aline Domingues decided to abandon city life in 2017, and moved to her grandmother’s small village Uva. The self-styled “maiden of Uva” now makes wine from old vineyards that in some cases were albeit abandoned by their original owners. Her wines are made with a hands-off minimal-intervention ethic, with nothing more than a pinch of sulphur in terms of additions. They are light on their feet and quite delicious.
